Tom is a 25 year veteran of the mortgage industry and began his career in Chicago, Illinois with First Home Mortgage, and then went on to own and operate Hamilton Home Mortgage Corp. for 15 years in historic Woodstock, Illinois. Afterwards, he opened a mortgage company in Sarasota in 2004. With the downturn of the mortgage industry, he went on to work with several local lending institutions in the southwest Florida and in November 2012, he accepted a position as a Senior Loan Officer with Fairway Funding Group in Lakewood Ranch. Some of his specialties include first time home buyers, self-employed buyers, veteran's loans, new construction loans, and is deeply familiar with the ins and outs of obtaining a mortgage in this challenging lending environment. Tom's goal is to provide exceptional customer service and help people achieve the goal of home ownership!
